About the site
The Socio-environmental Audit Portal is intended for the dissemination of information and documents produced in the scope of the socio-environmental audit, established from the Judicial Agreement for Comprehensive Repair relative to the breakage of B-I, B-IV and B-IVA dams from the Feijão Córrego mine, in Brumadinho/MG, signed on February 4, 2021.
The site contains three main areas:
- 1. Agreement: where the main information about the Agreement is found;
- 2. Audit Documents: where the documents produced in the scope of the socio-environmental audit are found;
- 3. Indicators: where the current results of the indicators established in the Agreement and in the Socio-environmental Repair Plan are found.
AECOM, the company currently responsible for the socio-environmental audit of the Judicial Agreement for Comprehensive Repair, henceforth referred to as auditor, is responsible for the protection and management of the personal data registered on this site.
Intellectual Property
All texts, images and other materials found on this site are the property of the auditor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It is not allowed to modify or make any commercial use of any material from this site. In case of using copies of the materials from this site for personal use, it is not allowed to make any modifications to the content and it is required to maintain intact any copyrights.
Links to Other Sites
This site contains links to third-party sites. With the exception of the official AECOM site, the auditor does not create, edit or monitor any of these other sites. The user recognizes and agrees that the auditor has no responsibility for the protection of personal data on other sites, the accuracy or availability of the information provided on other sites, and that the auditor does not control or endorse the content, products, advertising or other materials presented on those other sites.
User Conduct
The user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided, and declares and guarantees that all information provided is his and not from third parties, unless there is explicit authorization and valid consent to provide them on behalf of another person. The user affirms knowing that the misuse of personal data from third parties can result in legal consequences, including civil and criminal actions.
The user is responsible for the repair of all and any damages, direct or indirect, caused to any other user, or, still, to any third party, due to the breach of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use.
Security
The information provided by the user is validated together with the Federal Revenue, and the full name, birth date and CPF data, are stored in accordance with the security, confidentiality and integrity standards established by Law No. 13.709, of August 14, 2018 - General Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).
The data is used to generate a registration watermark on the documents downloaded by the user in the Socio-environmental Audit Portal.
